Sci-fi first person shooter following in the proud tradition of Starsiege Tribes. Use precision aim, jetpacks and skiing (continuous jumping to pick up momentum) to subvert attackers and dominate in your flag capturing duties. There is a bit more control/agility over the motion of your character than found in Tribes and the graphics are better. It was originally a browser-based game that supported Mac and PC (when it was called Fallen Empire). As the revamped Legions: Overdrive there is now a client download to install and play. Currently there is no support for Mac OS though there are plans for the future. Free to play indefinitely. |
